Letter from the President
As 2014 rapidly draws to a close, I find myself thinking about the past year, and looking forward to the next. This is typically a time where we set aside time for friends and family to celebrate and reflect on our many blessings. There is no better group of people that I am grateful to than you, our customers, for giving us your confidence, and an opportunity to serve you. I also am grateful to our employees and strategic suppliers who have helped make 2014 a very successful year.
This time of year is also a time to look forward to the many opportunities that lie ahead. Nearly seven years ago, the founders of United Pharma embarked on a path aimed at elevating and transforming United Pharma to be a premier nutraceutical softgel contract manufacturer. While we know this is not an easy endeavor, we are pleased to say that we are making tremendous strides in all aspects in delivering exceptional quality, service and the value that you deserve.
This past year, we have made significant progress in improving our network of ingredient suppliers, Integrated On-Time Delivery Management System, Quality Assurance cGMP Process Management Systems and customer service levels.
Our entire team at United Pharma have been working towards providing a renewed customer experience, with the level of exceptional service, quality and value that you deserve and expect.
Like most companies we also recognize there are areas that we can improve upon. We commit to you that we will continue make progress on a daily basis to enhance the service we provide. Please continue to communicate with us those areas on which we can improve. We are excited about what lies ahead for all of us in 2015 and beyond.
Since 2007, we have had the privilege to work with some of the most innovative companies in the Dietary Supplement Industry. United Pharma has become strategic partners in health and wellness solutions to address consumer health concerns through scientific research and innovative product development. We are grateful for the continuous and successful working relationships with industry leaders that enable our team to contribute to helping people all over the world live healthier lives.
As we evolve, I continue to marvel at the amazing staff who work at United Pharma. Some 125+ employees work together to produce key initiatives for our customers, who often tell us they count on us to help with their most important projects. That sort of trust is humbling and, at the same time, very exciting. One thing is certain: the United Pharma team is always eager to face the challenge.
As we head into this holiday season and the beginning of a new year, I send my very best to each of you. Without our customers, employees and collaborators, there would be no United Pharma. I am privileged to lead an organization that strives to provide extraordinary, quality, service and value.
It's a rare gift to enjoy what you do and with whom you do it, and I'm grateful every day for the opportunity.
